It was definitely cheaper than parking at the airport, and it worked fine for me overall. I can’t say I was 100% confident about the quality the whole time, but for the price, it got the job done
"Check-in was kinda confusing"
Check-in took kinda longer than expected, and the signs weren’t super clear, so it was a little confusing figuring out where to go. Check-out was smoother, but I still had to wait a bit.

"So close to the airport"
I booked through greenbeeparking.com mostly because I just wanted something close to the airport, and that part worked out great because I pulled in, found the lot without any drama, parked, and before I really had time to start worrying about being late or needing some long shuttle ride, I was already on my way to the terminal.
Everything was simple and low-stress, which is exactly what I needed before a flight. I’d use it again, especially just for how convenient the location was.

"Reservation matched when I arrived"
I booked my parking through greenbeeparking.com, and everything was exactly right when I got there. The date, time, and location all matched my reservation, and there wasn’t any confusion at the lot, which was all I needed. "Booking took way longer than it should have"
Trying to book was more annoying than I expected. The process felt confusing, and I kept going in circles before I could figure out what to do next. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers that didn’t really address my issue, which just made it more frustrating. What should’ve been a quick booking ended up taking ages.

I think I waited around 15 minutes for the shuttle, maybe a bit less or more. It felt a little long at the time, but it wasn’t too bad overall.

"Used to feel better leaving my car here"
I used Greenbeeparking for a quick trip, and it was mostly fine. The lot was easy enough to find and my car was okay when I got back, so no major issues there. But it used to feel a little better maintained. One corner seemed dim, and I didn’t notice much in the way of security while I was there. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I didn’t feel totally comfortable leaving my car overnight.

"Quick help with my reservation email"
I had one of those typical moments where reservation emails seem to disappear into nowhere, so I messaged Greenbee Parking support. They replied quickly and resent the details without making it feel like a hassle.
I’m giving 4 stars because the first response was a little short, but support replies are usually like that everywhere. Overall, they were helpful and got everything sorted out.
